This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and who else handles it. We have kept it short because the website collects very little.
Who we are
This website is operated by Azalai Studio, a website design studio for local businesses. You can reach us through the contact form, on Instagram, or by email at .
What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to send it to us through the contact form on the Get a Quote page. The form asks for:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address or other preferred way to contact you, such as a phone number
- The type of website you need
- Your project description
The form also has a hidden field that real visitors never fill in. It helps filter out automated spam. Please don’t include sensitive information, such as payment card numbers or passwords, in the form or in a message to us.
If you email us or message us on Instagram instead, we receive whatever you choose to send.
How we use it
We use these details to reply to your request, prepare a quote and, if we work together, manage your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms (form service). When you press send, your browser sends the form to Web3Forms. Web3Forms passes the submission to us by email, and may also keep a copy for a limited time in our Web3Forms account. It may process technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the service. Web3Forms has its own privacy policy on its website.
- Google (Gmail). Submissions arrive in our Gmail inbox, and Google handles that inbox. The same applies to any email you send us directly.
- Our web host. The website is served by a web hosting provider. Like most hosts, it may process technical data, such as IP addresses, in server logs to deliver and secure the site.
- Instagram (Meta). If you message us there, Instagram handles that conversation under its own policies.
We do not share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics and fonts
This website does not set cookies or store data in your browser, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own website rather than from a third party. If this changes, we will update this page.
Third-party links
Our Instagram link takes you to a service run by another company with its own privacy practices. The concept demonstration websites we show are fictional. They collect no information and send nothing to us or anyone else.
How long we keep it
We do not set an automatic deletion date. We keep enquiries until you ask us to delete them, so we can respond to you and, if you become a client, manage the project. When you ask, we will delete your enquiry from our email and from our Web3Forms account.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us using the details above. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as under a state privacy law in the United States. We will respond to reasonable requests.
Children
This website is for business owners and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
