- Project payment
- 50% upfront and 50% before launch.
- Maintenance billing
- Paid monthly in advance. We ask for 30 days’ notice before cancellation.
- Third-party costs
- Domains, hosting and paid software are charged separately unless explicitly included.
- Extra work
- Quoted separately and approved by you before work begins.
- Contact form
- Your website’s contact form runs through a form service under Azalai Studio’s account, so you don’t need to sign up for anything. Messages from the form are emailed to the address you give us.
- If you leave
- If you stop working with Azalai Studio, we will move your contact form to an account of your own, or help you switch to another form service, within a reasonable time.
